Jane Wenzel, 93, of Lancaster, PA passed away on February 11, 2016 at the Mennonite Home. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Chester & Helen (Patton) Spaulding. Jane was the widow of John D. Wenzel, Sr., who died in 1998, and her first husband, Richard R. Koring, who died in 1976. She was a 1940 graduate of McCaskey High School. She was a member of the Church of the Apostles UCC.

Surviving is a son, Ronald E. Koring, husband of Billie; 3 step-children: John D. Wenzel, Jr., husband of Linda, Scott E. Wenzel and Suzanne McCarty; 2 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 step great-grandchildren; and a brother-in-law: Raymond Plourde. Jane was preceded in death by a sister, Helen A. Plourde; and a brother, John J. Brauer.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 19, 2016 at the Mennonite Home Chapel, 1520 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. Friends will be received from 10-11 AM prior to the services. Interment will be at the Paradise Mennonite Cemetery.
