Luis Diaz, 29, of Lancaster, passed away on November 3, 2009 at Lancaster General Hospital.

Luis is survived by his fiancé, three sons, and three brothers.

A Christian Prayer Service will be held at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home 414 E. King St. Lancaster, PA on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 10am with Deacon Manuel Velazquez officiating.
