Lucy M. Bomberger, 95, of Pleasant View Retirement Community, Manheim, formerly of Cedar Acres, Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2006.

Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Roland D. and Martha Long Moore.  She was the wife of the late Charles S. Bomberger.

She was a very active member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, former member of the Lafayette Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, and AARP.

During the 1940's she worked at Miesse Candies.  She also worked in the former Osteopathic Hospital gift shop and was a member of the hospital's Red Rose Guild.

She is survived by a brother, Robert R. Moore, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Charles S. Bomberger, Jr., four brothers and a sister.

The funeral service will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 750 Greenfield Rd., Lancaster, PA on Saturday at 10:30AM.  Interment in the Paradise Presbyterian Cemetery.  Friends may attend the viewing at the church on Saturday from 9:30AM until the time of service.  Please omit flowers.  Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 750 Greenfield Rd., Lancaster, PA 17601.
