Lucille M. Morano, 73, of Lancaster, died Friday, September 1, 2006 at Conestoga View.

Born April 23, 1933 in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Bokeno Morano.

Miss Morano was a 1951 graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Maple Farms Nursing Center for 28 years.  Lucille enjoyed reading and traveling. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

Surviving her are her three sisters, Mary Morano of Landisville, Frances Zellers of Lancaster, and Joanne Morano of Lancaster, her nephew, George J. Zellers of Lancaster, and her grandniece and grandnephew of Pittsburgh.

Funeral Services will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King St., Lancaster on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at 11AM. Friends may be received at the funeral home from 10AM until the time of service. Interment will be held privately at St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in Lucille's memory to Hospice of Lancaster County, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604.
