Louise C. Neary, 92, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at St. Anne's Retirement Village in Columbia. She was the wife of the late Vincent J. Neary, who passed away in 1988. Born in Shamokin she was the daughter of the late Louis and Catherine Feeley Gabet. Louise had worked for 35 years as a clerk for the Bell Telephone Company, where she was also a member of the Bell Pioneers. After her retirement, she worked part-time at the Lancaster County Court House in Voter Registration and the Lancaster County Prison. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She was a very kind and giving person, always concerned with others. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Louise is survived by her son, Kevin married to Cindy Neary of Lancaster, and by her granddaughters Katie (Corey Caruthers) of York and Meghan (Matthew Crater) of Havertown. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Mary Brown, Edward Gabet, and her twin, Isabel Orzech Hines. Friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 501 E. Orange St, Lancaster, PA on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 10AM.
