Lois Ethel Ivin, 93, of Willow Valley Communities, passed away February 27, 2025. Born in New York City, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Ethel (Otte) Hayn. She was the wife of the late Boulton Ivin who passed away in 2010.

She was an interior designer by trade and owned and operated The Eagles Nest in various cities in the country.

Lois was preceded in death by her son, Richard Freer, and is survived by her son, Michael Freer; stepdaughters, Donna Souren wife of David, and Barbara Koziczynski wife of Stanley; and daughter in law, Connie Freer. Also surviving are nine grandchildren: Kyle, Melanie, Alison, Mark, Lindsey, Derek, Erin, Michael, Matthew and nine great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Jacob, Haley, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Dalton, Addison, Jaxon, and Harper.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
