Lois B. Haas, 80, of Millersville, PA. died Thursday, October 1, 2009 at St Anne's Retirement Community. Born in Glen Dower, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph M. and Alma Evans McSurdy. She was the wife of the late Billie L. (Bert) Haas who died October 20, 1992.

She was a homemaker and a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Lancaster, since 1955. She also was a member of the Liederkranz of Lancaster.

Surviving is her daughter: Sandy L. Haas of Boston, MA, her son: Scott B. husband of Kathy Haas, Millersville, PA and three grandchildren: Jason, Krista, Steven Haas. She was preceded in death by a brother, James McSurdy and a sister, LaVerna Morris

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Contributions in Lois's memory may be made to St Anne's Retirement Community, 3952 Columbia Ave., Columbia, PA. 17512.
