Lloyd S. Rohrer, 87, of Holtwood, died at LGH on Friday, June 15, 2018. He was the husband of B. Marie (Stoner) Rohrer for over 62 years.

He was a graduate of Solanco High School, class of 1949. Lloyd served in the US Army from 1956 until being Honorably discharged from the US Army Reserves, Aviation Company, 104 ^th Armored Division in 1962.

Lloyd was a butcher for Musser's Market. He was a member of the American Association of Meat Processors and served on their Board of Directors for three years and the Governmental Affairs Committee for 13 years.

He taught a home Bible study for over 42 years.

Lloyd enjoyed hunting and traveling.

Born in Gap, he was the son of the late John Hershey and Emma Salome (Brackbill) Rohrer. Lloyd is also survived by his children, Janice R. married to Wayne R. Lefever of Quarryville, Sharin D. married to Chetan C. Mody of Greenville; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a sister, Ellen R. Musser. He was preceded in death by a son, Douglas L. Rohrer, a grandson, Mark D. Lefever, and ten siblings.

There will be a Celebration of Lloyd's Life on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Faith Reformed Presbyterian Church, 611 Robert Fulton Highway, Quarryville, PA with Thomas D. Grassel officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following the service. Interment is private.
