Lisa Daniels, 64, of Christiana, PA passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Mary (Losi) and Carlo Catanzaro. She was the beloved wife of Michael Daniels, with whom she celebrated 36 years of marriage.
Lisa's smile was one of a kind. She lit up any room she walked into, but it was never about her. She was so selfless, always putting everyone's needs before her own.
Lisa grew up on Long Island in Bayshore, NY. When she was younger she enjoyed running track and playing softball. She was a NY Yankees fan her entire life.
She met her husband Michael on a blind date on December 12th 1984 in Amityville, Long Island. After their first date, she walked in her apartment and told her sister I'm going to marry that guy, 3 months later, they were engaged. Married on the most perfect sunny day on June 21st 1986. She was happily married for 36 years and raised their three children together. Michael and Lisa moved to Pennsylvania in 2019 where they built their dream house together. Lisa enjoyed gardening in both her vegetable and many flower gardens, shopping and spending time with her loved ones. She enjoyed cooking Sunday sauce for her family and some of her favorite desserts to bake were cupcakes, cookies and brownies. Most of all, she enjoyed her morning cup of coffee sitting on her front porch with her husband overlooking the beautiful view.
In addition to her husband Michael, she is survived by her children: Michael Daniels, Nicole Daniels and Marie Daniels; her siblings: Kathleen Catanzaro, Michael Catanzaro, Annette Clifford, Sandy Bound, Francine Scarpelli and Anthony Catanzaro as well as many nieces and nephews.
