Leonarda Torres, 83, of Lancaster Pa. died Tuesday evening at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Bernardo Morales and Manuela Torres. She was the wife of the late Serafin Torres who died May 5, 2007. Leonarda was a homemaker who loved her family and enjoyed raising her grandchildren.  She was a member of San Juan Bautista Catholic Church.

Surviving are 14 children, 25 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held at San Juan Bautista Catholic Church, South Duke Street, Lancaster, Pa. on Friday at 10:00AM. Interment will be in Mellinger's Mennonite Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King Street, Lancaster, PA. on Thursday night from 7-9PM and on Friday morning at the church from 9-10:00AM. There will be a Prayer Service at the funeral home on Thursday night at 8:30PM.
