Leonarda Gonzalez, 76 of Lancaster passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013 at home. Born in Orocovis Puerto Rico she was the daughter of the late Victor and Baudilia (Saez) Rodriguez. A homemaker most of her life, she raised her family on her own. She loved cooking, sewing and especially spending time with her family. She was a member of San Juan Bautista Catholic Church in Lancaster. She is survived by her children, Emerita Gonzalez, wife of Albert Torres, Hipolito Gonzalez, Juana Gonzalez, Dionicia Gonzalez, Antonio Gonzalez, husband of Gloria, Antonia Gonzalez, and David Gonzalez, husband of Jennifer, all of Lancaster. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A Viewing will be held from 9:30-11:30AM on Friday, August 16, 2013 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St, Lancaster, PA with a Prayer Service to follow at 11:30AM. Flowers will be received. Interment in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery.
