Leiyana Elliott Hammond, 5 months, of Lancaster, was carried by the angels into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. She was the precious and beloved daughter of Eric Hammond, Jr. and Kelee Nevaeh Hill.

From the very beginning, Leiyana showed incredible strength, touching the hearts of all who followed her journey. She was deeply loved and surrounded by unwavering care, bringing warmth, purpose, and a special kind of light to her family’s lives each day.

In addition to her parents, Leiyana is lovingly survived by her maternal grandparents, Kevin and Corinne Hill of Lancaster, and her paternal grandparents, Eric Hammond, Sr. of Boothwyn and Charquea Batson of Leola, along with many family members who cherished her dearly.

Family and friends will be received for a viewing from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Spacht-Snyder Family Funeral Home, 127 S. Broad St., Lititz, PA 17543. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 2:00 PM.
