Laurie C. Thompson, 66, of Lititz, PA, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2023 at Keystone Villa.

Born in Hartford, CT, she was the daughter of the late Curtis L. and Myrna F. (Gesner) Cassady. She was the wife of Rick L. Thompson.

She has been a 40+ years supporter of her husband's business, Fisher & Thompson Inc. She formerly worked for the Business Office of Ephrata Hospital. She enjoyed going on trips to Florida to visit her sister and going camping. She enjoyed gardening, reading, birdwatching, and cooking. She loved her grandchildren and her golden retrievers dearly.

In addition to her husband, Rick, she is survived by her son, Reid (Kelly Long) Thompson; her grandchildren, Blake Taylor and Bristol Lynn Thompson; her siblings, Gary (Sharon) Cassady, Judi (Dan) McCullough, and Leanne Cassady.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her oldest son, Ryan Thompson.

Friends and family will be received from 9AM to 11AM on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Lancaster Brethren in Christ Church, 1865 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. A memorial service will follow beginning at 11AM. Interment will be held privately.
