Laura E. Hertz, 80, of Lancaster, PA passed away on February 18, 2017. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth (Spackman) and Walter C. Keiser. Laura enjoyed collecting angels and making crafts. Surviving are her children: Steven "Ken" (Lisa) of Lancaster, Lynn E. of Willow Street, Jean M. Targett (Robert) of Youngstown, OH; Grandchildren: Kenneth, Joy, Fawn, Lisa, Vanessa, David, Sandy and Tanya; Great- grandchildren: Andrew, Nicholas, Rachel and Daniel; Siblings: Carl (Loretta) of Somerset and Richard of Lancaster, and sister-in-law, Peg Keiser. Laura was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Keiser, Jr., a sister, Bonnie Manduchi and son-in-law, Woody Long and previous husbands, Arthur K. Wade and Eugene F. Hertz. A Celebration of Laura's life will be held at 3PM on Wednesday, February 22, 2017. Friends will be received 1 hour prior at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602. Burial is private at the convenience of the family.
