Larry E. Rife, 69, of Mount Joy, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Hospice & Community Care. A lifelong resident of Lancaster County, Larry was born in Columbia to the late George and Ruth (Strayer) Rife. He was the loving husband of Linda R. (Meeker) Rife, with whom he celebrated almost 50 years of marriage.

Larry worked for 47 years as a route truck driver for Canteen Vending.

Of the Protestant Faith, Larry enjoyed keeping himself busy and was a jack of all trades and enjoyed fixing things around the house.

In addition to his wife, Linda, he is survived by his son, Matthew Rife, husband of Kim Phillips, of Mount Joy; a grandchild, Savana; and siblings: Georgia Conrad, wife of Ray, of Lancaster and Randy Rife, husband of Mary Jane, of Mount Joy. Larry was preceded in death by his brother, Jeff Rife.

Services for Larry will be private, at the convenience of the family.
