LaMar H. Stahl, 65, of Lititz passed away Friday, February 17, 2017 at Landis Homes. Born in Lancaster he was a son of the late Samuel and Alverta (Herr) Stahl. LaMar was a 1969 graduate of Manheim Twp. High School and worked for his entire career in the maintenance department of the Manheim Twp. School District. He enjoyed gardening, assembling LEGO's, working with computers and garden scale model railroad trains and loved dogs. LaMar was known for his generosity and he valued the relationships he had with his neighbors and friends. LaMar is the last of his immediate family. He is survived by his cousins and was preceded in death by his brother Laverne H. Stahl. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 3PM from the East Bethany Chapel of Landis Homes, 1001 E. Oregon Rd. Lititz, PA 17543 with Chaplain Anne K. Weaver officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of his family. A visitation will be held from 2:30PM until the time of his service at Landis Homes. The extraordinary care given by the entire staff at Landis Homes was greatly appreciated.
