Kong Phimmasone, 87, passed on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at her home in Lancaster, PA. She was born on August 5, 1933 in Champasak Province, Laos. She married the late Khamphay Phimmasone in 1952 and together immigrated their family to the United States in 1980.

Kong was a well-respected member of the lao community who enjoyed providing wisdom and enjoyed being home with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by 7 children, Bouathong Phimmasone of Lancaster, PA; Khammone Phimmasone of Columbus OH; Khamsith of Lititz, PA; Sisounthone Phimmasone of Johnson City, NY; Michelle Chanthavong of Kings Mountain, NC; Connie Reilly of Ocala, FL; and Manivah Phimmasone of Philadelphia, PA. In addition, she has 18 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Services for Kong are being held privately and at the convenience of her family.
