Kim Heng Ngau, 76, was born November 11, 1939 in China; he passed away at his home in Lancaster from an illness on Wednesday, January 6, 2016. He was married to his wife, Say Eng Lor for over 47 years.
He moved from China to Cambodia in 1946 and eventually came to the U.S. in 1979 during the Khmer Rouge regime. After arriving in the United States, he worked at York Hospital for over 9 years. Kim loved gardening, traveling and spending time with his family. He was a wonderful husband, father, and beloved grandfather.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by eight children, Huot, Ly Huong, Him Chea, Chim, Kheng, Lee, Ngim, Muoy and fourteen grandchildren.
Viewing and Buddhist Services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 12:30PM-2:30PM at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Interment will follow in Landis Valley Mennonite Cemetery. Flowers will be received.
