Kevin L. Troupe, 60, of Strasburg, passed away at his residence on Monday, January 13, 2020. Born in Chester County, he was the son of the late Charles and Frances (Lewis) Troupe. He was married to the late Helen L. Dowlin, who passed away in 2015.

Kevin worked for C.K King Builders in Strasburg as a driver. He was a true outdoorsman. He enjoyed spending his time camping and riding dirt bikes with his grandchildren. When he was not outdoors, he could be found playing guitar. Kevin was a skilled handyman that could fix just about anything. He loved nothing more than being able to spend time with his 13 grandchildren.

He is survived by his children; Kevin Dowlin, husband of Jen Reid, of Lancaster, Samantha Dowlin, wife of Scott Michael, of Lancaster, and Erin Troupe, wife of Nathan Lavoie, of Lancaster, his thirteen grandchildren; Savannah, Damien, Brayden, Abrianna, Nevaeh, Kevin, Jr., Paige, Connor, Caylin, Jaxsyn, Justin, Jayce, Daxton, and Paisley, his brother; Stephen Troupe, and sisters; Patricia Connor, wife of Jeffrey, and Karen McCarty, wife of Jeff.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Kevin's funeral fund at Charles F. Snyder Home 717-560-5100.
