Kermit G. Snyder, 85, of Lancaster, passed away, Monday, December 8, 2008 at Conestoga View Nursing Home. Born in Eden Twp., he was the son of the late George and Mary (Eckman) Snyder. He is the husband of Mildred A. (Kurkowski) Snyder with whom he celebrated 20 years of marriage this past June 25.

Kermit was employed by Lorillard Tobacco Company as a Truck Driver. He was a member of Middle Octorara United Presbyterian Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife Mildred, are many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 12, 2008 at Conestoga View Nursing Home Chapel 900 E. King St. Lancaster 17602 at2 PM with Rev Gary Roberts officiating. Family and Friends will be received before the service from 1 to 2 PM. Interment will follow the service at Middle Octorara United Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Quarryville. Charles F.
