Kenneth J. Taggart, Jr., 49, of Wrightsville, passed away while duck hunting near his home on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Born in Germantown, Philadelphia, Ken was the son of Kenneth J., Sr. and Barbara J. (Thompson) Taggart.

He graduated from Hempfield High School and worked as a chef for Marion Court Room in Lancaster and Burning Bridge Tavern in Wrightsville. Ken had also been a real estate agent with his former wife Mary Miller.

Ken loved the outdoors, fishing and duck hunting.

In addition to his parents Kenneth and Barbara Taggart of Columbia, Ken is survived by his son Nathan J. Taggart of Millersville, his sister Shannon, wife of Jami Fidler of Lancaster and his companion Heather Strunk.

Services and interment for Ken will be private.
