Kenneth R. Charles, 53, of Akron, passed away at Maple Farms on January 3, 2010.

He was born in Lancaster to the late Harold K. and E. Pearl (Shaub) Charles.

Ken was an estimator with J&J Trane, Frey Lutz, Triangle, and Sheetz.

He was a member of Long Memorial United Methodist Church Neffsville, PA.

Ken is survived by three children, Megan Charles, of Lancaster, Benjamin Charles, of Lititz, and Christopher Charles of Lititz, a sister Gale L. Blefko, wife of Tom, and a niece Amber Blefko.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Long Memorial United Methodist Church Cemetery 2660 Lititz Pk. Lancaster, PA at 12noon with Rev. Rodney Miller. A Memorial Service will be held in the evening at 6:30pm at Long Memorial United Methodist Church 2660 Lititz Pk. Lancaster, PA 17601.
