Kenneth L. Hertz, Sr., 61, of Lancaster, PA , passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday, May 8, 2014.

Ken had worked as a custodian for the School District of Lancaster for several years. He loved cars, especially Chevy El Caminos. He also enjoyed football, wrestling, and visiting Central Market and other various shops in downtown Lancaster. Ken is survived by his children both of Lancaster: Kenneth Jr. married to Kimberly Hertz and Kelly married to Charles Goins, and by his grandchildren, Aaron and Seth Goins.

A small tree planting memorial and gathering is planned for Sunday May 25th from 1-2pm at Buchanan Park at Race and Buchanan Aves. Please park on Buchanan Avenue and look for the walking path.
