Kelly Ann Black, 24, of Krista Court, Lancaster, PA, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday October 15, 2015, after courageously battling Crohn's Disease for many years. Born in Lancaster, she is the daughter of Paul B. Black, Jr., of York, PA and Diana L. Helmick Black of Lancaster. A graduate of Conestoga Valley High School, Kelly will be remembered for her love of her animals, "Skyelar" her puppy and her two cats, Purrrscilla and Bear Bear who were her "children". She enjoyed making loom bracelets and babysitting for her cousin. She favored Juicy Couture clothing and purses and following "Pugs" on Facebook. In addition to her parents and "children", she is survived by her sister, Nikki L. Myers, brother, Jesse Moon, Companion Michael R. Lent, grandmother, Linda Helmick, Aunt Sherry L., wife of Robert H. Davis, Uncle Tony R., husband of Justine R. Helmick, Uncle Greg Helmick, as well as several cousin's. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, William E. Helmick, Sr., and her uncle William E. Helmick, Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Kelly Ann's Funeral Service from the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543 on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Chris Ammons officiating. Interment at Rothsville Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
