Kellie M. Harvey, 54, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her Lancaster residence on Monday, September 24, 2018. Born in Elmira, NY, she was the daughter of the late Duane H. and Judith I. (Wales) Harvey.

A homemaker, Kellie graduated from Manheim Township High School in 1982. She attended Highland Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed the finer and simplest things in life. Kellie loved her family and friends. She had a heart of gold and was always helping others. Kellie was a great cook and she loved to travel near and far.

Surviving Kellie are her sister Holly I. Ruof, her niece Madalyn M. Ruof, and her companion Justin Hernandez and his daughter Mihyanni Hernandez, all of Lancaster.

A celebration of Kellie's life will be held in the future and interment will be private. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the PA SPCA Lancaster Center, 848 S. Prince St., Lancaster, PA 17603.
