Katie Phung (溤紅鳳), 84, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children and grandchildren on October 11, 2025. Born in Saigon, Vietnam, she was the daughter of Binh Phung and Thi Ha.

Katie will be remembered for her radiant smile – captured so beautifully in any and every photo. To her friends and family, she was always known for her warm spirit and happy personality. Her favorite activities included gardening, eating steak and oysters, and playing the slots at Hollywood Casino.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis Hong. Her four children, Helen Lam, wife of Long Lam, Jimmy Hong, Andy Hong, husband of Thanh Ly, and Michelle Hong, wife of Eric Sison.

She is also survived by four grandchildren, Amanda Lam, wife of Ed Sysomboun, Tiffany Lam, Alexis Hong, and Kaelan Sison.

Family and friends are welcome to attend Katie's viewing at Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with the graveside service to follow at Millersville Mennonite Cemetery to follow. The family respectfully requests no donations.
