Kathy A. Knoll, 73, of Lancaster, passed away on October 15, 2024. Born in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Alva and Bernice (Anderson) Knoll.

Kathy worked as a registered nurse for Hershey Medical Center, Lancaster General Hospital, and also in Buffalo. Kathy was known for her constant service to others, passion and advocacy for all animals, and being extremely warmhearted. Kathy was predeceased by her entire family, including her parents and her sister Susan M. Knoll. She is survived by her best-friend Amanda Mellinger, and a host of beloved friends.
