Kathleen M. (Stoll) Fagan, 55, of Ephrata, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at home. Born in East Patchogue, NY, she was the daughter of Elizabeth (Sharp) Stark of Chittenango, NY and the late Ernest G. Stoll. She was the stepdaughter of Peter Stark. Kathleen was employed as an Executive Assistant for Compleat Restorations for 13 years. She loved visiting the beach, playing games and helping others. She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her beloved family and friends. Always positive, strong, and generous, she continuously inspired and touched the lives of those she met with her uplifting spirit. She had so much love to share with those around her, and it was apparent to everyone who knew her. Most importantly, she was a loving and devoted mom to her two daughters, the lights of her life: Olivia G. and Meredith G. Fagan, both of Ephrata. Kathleen is also survived by her husband, Robert G. Fagan; 3 sisters: Barbara Cittadino and her husband Vincent, Joanne Stoll, and Sharon Stoll Rosado and her husband Alex; sisters-in-law Debbie Padron and Barbara Frese and her husband Chris; 5 nephews and 5 nieces. A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 PM Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Ephrata Church of the Brethren, 201 Crescent Ave., Ephrata. Family and friends will be received after the service at the church.
