Katherine M. Nagel, 81, of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, April 10 ^th , 2009 at Hospice of Lancaster County in Mt. Joy. Born in Enhaut, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary ( Weiss) Raudensky. Katherine was married to the late Sebastian Nagel who passed away on October 21 ^st , 1980.

Mrs. Nagel was employed by Izod in retail clothing for 20years. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

Surviving are her two daughters, Katherine  M, wife of Dennis R. Hughes of Ephrata, Maryann Nagel of Lancaster, one son, Sebastian G. Nagel of Lancaster, four grandchildren, Chad Nagel of Elizabethtown, Christopher Nagel of Damascus, Md, Matthew S. Hughes of Ephrata, Lindsay Kitchen of Elizabethtown, three great grandchildren, Madelyn Nagel, Caden Nagel, Emma Nagel. Katherine was predeceased by a son, William S. Nagel, two brothers, Adam and Andrew Raudensky, one sister, Julia Gross.

A Christian Prayer Service will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home Inc, 414 East King St, Lancaster, PA, 17602 on Tuesday, April 14 ^th , 2009 at 12PM with Rev. Daniel Mitzel Officiating. There will be a viewing from 10AM until the time of the service. Interment in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery, Bausman.
