KATHARINE M. ADELMAN (KAY) died in Lancaster on January 20, 2018 after a brief illness. A native of Lancaster, Kay was the daughter of the late Richard D. McCaskey and Catheryn Broderick McCaskey. She was the great granddaughter of J. P. McCaskey. She is survived by four sons and a daughter, 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A celebration Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Lancaster PA on January 24, at 11:00 AM. Kay's family will receive visitors at the Church at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private for the family.

In lieu of flowers, Kay's children request donations to the Lancaster InterGroup, 630 Janet Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601.
