Karen Sue McCoy-Biltz, 44, of Lancaster, died Monday, September 22, 2014. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of David McCoy and JoAnn Weichert-McCoy of Elizabethtown. Though she could be tough, at the end of the day she was good-hearted and an excellent mother. Because she had a way of getting things done, she was known by her friends as "The Facilitator". In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Alex Biltz and his girlfriend Carly of Lancaster; a brother, "Brutha Dave" McCoy of Elizabethtown; and a sister, Gail Myers of Middletown. It was Karen's wish that no services be held.
