Kandis Kay Morgan Oelschlagel, 68, of Harrisburg, PA, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Born in Harrisburg, she was the beloved daughter of the late Miriam Kathryn (Folk) and Lee Morgan.

A proud graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School, Kandis went on to build a long and meaningful career as a bank teller with M&T Bank, where she faithfully served her community for over 20 years. Her customers didn't just come for transactions—they came to see her vibrant personality and impeccable sense of style. Kandis was known for her warm spirit, friendly smile, and fabulous fashion, which brought joy to so many who passed through her line.

Outside of work, Kandis cherished spending summers at the beach and pool, sharing laughter and sunshine with family and friends. Her home was filled with love, especially for her adored mini labradoodle, Georgie, who brought her daily comfort and companionship.

Kandis is survived by her two sons, Thomas Fralich (Mary Chen) of Colorado, and Stephen Fralich (Nino Philakham) of Washington; her brother, Lee D. Morgan II (Elaine) of Mountville, PA; niece Amanda Morgan Smith (Wilson Manning Smith), nephews: Jonathan and Robert D. Morgan, great-niece Eleanor Smith, and great-nephew Merritt Smith. She was preceded in death by her brother, John J. Morgan.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 N. George Street, Millersville, PA 17551. Family and friends will be received from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Millersville Mennonite Cemetery.
