Kan Kee Shum, 77 of 441 Lupine Circle Lancaster, PA. died at his home on Monday, July 16,2007 after a long illness. He was born in Shanghai China and came to Hong Kong before he immigrated to the United States in 1974. He opened the House of Shanghai in 1982, and closed the business in 1998. Surviving : his wife Lan Sum, and two sons , Wai Ming and Wai Hung, also a daughter Mei Ling and 4 grandchildren .

A memorial service will be held at Conestoga Memorial Park  95 Second Lock Road  Lancaster PA. on Saturday July 21, 2007. The viewing will be from 9:30 till 10:30 services will be held at 10:30. Friends are welcome to attend the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 314 Good Drive Lancaster, PA. 17603.
