Justin Paul Pugh, 30, of Lancaster, passed away at his home Friday, May 4, 2018 after a long battle with addiction. Born in Lancaster on October 7, he was the son of Bindi and Todd Mumma, and Paul and Chrissy Pugh. Justin enjoyed hunting, fishing, music, bowling, and playing pool. In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by a son, Cameron Hill; a brother, David Pugh; grandparents, and numerous loving aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and friends.
