Julian Herbert Williams, age 76, of Stevens, Pa, went to be with the Lord on Friday March, 18, 2016. "Herb" was born in Richmond, Virginia and was the husband to Patsy Crane Williams for 53 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three children: Tara Williams Sellers, wife of Mark Sellers of Lampeter, PA, H. Reade Williams, husband to Deborah Williams of Marietta, PA, and Patrick Grant Williams, husband to Stephanie Williams of Lancaster, PA. He was very proud of his eight grandchildren. Additionally, he is survived by his brother John Williams and two sisters, Anne Kirby and Mary Williams all from the Richmond, Virginia area.

He was a proud Hokie graduate from Virginia Tech and obtained his master's degree at Catholic University. Herb was a dedicated nuclear engineer and retired with 38 years of civil service work from the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA. Interment will be private. .
