Judy Homsher, 75, passed away on September 30, 2015 at Manor Care Nursing Home, Lebanon, PA. She was a loving, caring and generous person and will be missed by all who knew her. She enjoyed creating art and spending time with her family. Judy was a longtime resident of Lancaster, PA and held the title of proprietor of the Hill Cafe located on Manor Street during the 1970's. She is preceded in death by her parents Dorothy Desmond and Ludwell Fitzgerald, and her husband Frederick Homsher.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Betts of Middletown, PA; two grandchildren: Andrew Betts and fiancée Jordan Hostetter of Harrisburg, PA; and Christa Brouse and husband A.J. Brouse of Ephrata, PA; as well as three sisters: Dana Houseal, Cindi Filand, and Barbara Steely all of the Lancaster area.

A private Memorial Service will be held at the discretion of her family.
