Judith L. Kirchner, 70, of Lancaster died Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Hospice of Mount Joy. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Elwood S. and Mildred Rhen Cauler. Judy was the wife of Edward P. Kirchner and they were married for 52 years in May.

Judy worked at JC Penney in the fine jewelry department for 18 years. She and her husband were the former owners of The Art Printing Company of Lancaster. She served as the secretary and treasurer of the company until the company was sold in 2003.

Judy loved flowers, gardening, traveling, and reading. She especially loved her family and friends.

Surviving besides her husband are three daughters: Cynthia L. wife of Howard Kauffman, Lancaster, Lisa M. wife of Thomas DeMascola, Mountville, and Karen K. wife of Matt Gingerich, Millersville. There are six grandchildren: Emma and Annee Kauffman, Matthew and Alex DeMascola, and Sophia and Leah Gingerich. Judy is survived by two brothers: Elwood and Gary Cauler and a sister, Janice Morris.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home& Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 11:00AM with Rev. William Worley officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery Niche. Friends may pay their respects to the family on Tuesday at the funeral home from 9:30-11:00AM. Please omit flowers.
