Juan A. Ramos, 68, of Lancaster, passed away March 10, 2023. He was born in Cidra, Puerto Rico to the late Pedro Ramos Rolon and Carmen Rivera Cruz. Juan spent 36 years of his life as a minister and missionary. He was devout in his faith and took pride in the service he provided.

Juan was a gentle man who was kind and humble. He had a smile that would light up a room and always had the best jokes. Juan spent 35 years of marriage with his beloved wife Rosario, whom he loved so dearly. He was a loving father and was very attentive to his daughters and was always there for them. He also spent 45 years as a butcher with his brother Carlos, whom he spent much of his time with. Juan had a special interest in classic cars and liked to display them for everyone to see. He was also an avid coin collector.

Left to treasure Juan's memory along with Rosario, are his daughters Sarai Ramos and Catherine Ramos; his siblings Carlos Ramos, Carmen Ramos, Lucy Ramos, Maritza Ramos, Migdalia Ramos, Raul Ramos, Tito Ramos and Isabel Ramos; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

A viewing will take place Friday March 17, 2023, at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, from 6pm to 8pm. There will be songs performed and words of encouragement at 6:15PM. A funeral service will take place Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Iglesia Evangélica El Buen Pastor, 645 Harrison St, Lancaster, at 10AM with a burial to follow at Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery. Juan will be deeply missed by those who loved him.
