Juan Carlos "Juanca" Salgado, 60, of Lancaster, was welcomed into the open arms of his Lord and Savior on Friday, July 4, 2025, at his home. Born in Bogota, Colombia, he was the son of Cesar T. Salgado and Aurora Caviedes Salgado. He was currently working at Scenic Ridge Construction. He was a devout Christian who had a passion for anything adventurous and thrilling. Fishing was a deep love of Juanca's, along with the great outdoors and nature. Sound and Audio systems, along with film scores, were passions of his that kept his creative side flowing. A history buff, he loved documentaries and was known for his sense of humor, patience, and most of all, kindness to others.

Surviving in addition to his parents is a sister, Maria Luisa Salgado, and a brother, Cesar E. Salgado, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
