IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Joshua Mark
"Josh" Eaby
August 14, 1984 – November 27, 2025
Joshua Mark "Josh" Eaby, of Etown, PA, passed away the night of November 27, 2025. Josh was a devoted father, son, brother, partner, and friend. Josh was born on August 14th, 1984 in Newport RI, the son of Daniel and Joanne Eaby. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter Kylee Wood, significant other, Erica Gehman, siblings, Jared and Jordanna Eaby, and beloved dogs, Riot and Reagan.
As a child Josh was engaged in many sports. He loved summers at Lititz Springs Pool, camping at the Delaware shore and our annual family vacation in Myrtle Beach. He played baseball through Warwick Little League for many years primarily as a catcher, proudly wearing Darren Dalton's #10 on all his jerseys. His family and many in the community would love to watch him play ball. It was his passion. During his middle school years, Josh joined the wrestling team, quickly falling in love with the sport. During his high school years, he became involved in personal training and gym management and proudly worked at Etown Fitness Center.
Josh graduated from Warwick High School in 2003. Around the birth of his daughter, Josh left his job as a gym trainer to pursue a career in healthcare management. He received his LPN from LCCTC in 2010 and completed his AD in Healthcare Administration from HACC. Josh began his medical career with Davita Dialysis, quickly advancing into leadership as a Group Facility Administrator. He gained many friends and dear colleagues while with Davita. He continued in leadership with his latest position at NuMotion as Director of Service Fulfillment.
As his daughter grew, Josh enjoyed supporting Kylee in her sports endeavors. Whether cheer, softball, volleyball, or track, Josh was proud to attend her events and cheer her on. He loved to quietly (most of the time) critique an umpire – he knew the game well.
Josh was a proud man. Proud of his embankment, tool collection, and latest project. But most of all, he was proud of his family. He loved fiercely and with a strength undeterred by any trifle or disagreement—he was a rock to lean on and a shield to seek protection behind. Whether he knew a person but a week or 41 years, Josh carried [with him] a spirited humorousness and an unwavering refusal to stand by in silence. He will be dearly missed.
Services will be held on December 7, 2025, at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Viewing will be held from 10am-12pm with service following. Graveside service immediately following at Mt. Tunnel Cemetery. We will celebrate Josh's life at Etown Fitness at 4pm. Please join us to share stories, love, and laughter as we honor an extraordinary son, brother, father, and friend.
In lieu of flowers, please direct contributions toward his daughter's (Kylee Wood) college education fund. Donations will be accepted at any Fulton Bank Location.
