Josh P. Graybill, 47, of Lancaster passed away Monday, March 9, 2026, at LGH. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Kathy (Degenhardt) Graybill and the late Clayton “Clem” Graybill.

He was a graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School and Thaddeus Stevens College. Josh worked as a machinist for various machine shops.

Josh enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time at the family cabin in Juniata Co.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Kaitlyn Romero, wife of Mason of Landisville, PA; granddaughter, Lainey; brother, Bobby Graybill husband of Nicole, two sisters, Jen Schoenberger, Lakeesha Graybill all of Lancaster. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews, Erik (Kait), Emma, Gavin, and Elsie.

In keeping with Josh’s wishes there will be no formal services.
