Josephine E. DeSolis, 89, of Ephrata, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. She was the wife of the late Francis W. DeSolis who passed away in 2010. Born in Norristown, she was the daughter of the late Bartholomea and Accursia Morello Bono. Josephine had worked as a seamstress at Suky Rosan Bridal Boutique in Ardmore, PA for 15 years. She enjoyed gardening, was known for her Italian cooking, and enjoyed going on bus trips to Atlantic City. She was an avid Phillies, Eagles, and Villanova fan. Josephine is survived by her sons: Frank W. married to Irene DeSolis of Lancaster, and Kenneth J. married to Beverly Sitton DeSolis of Downingtown; her grandchildren Kimberly married to Kyle Ireland, and Gregory and Daniel DeSolis. She is also survived by her siblings: Frances Cottonaro, Florence Ciccotti, Lillian Scipione, Vincent and Gerald Bono, Rose Graham, and Bill and Joseph Bono. She was preceded in death by her siblings Frank Bono and Seda Credle. Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 9:30-11AM at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA with the Funeral Service to follow at 11AM. Interment in Mount Joy Cemetery.
