Josephine P. Congello, 85, of Lancaster, PA. died Monday, September 3, 2007 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late James and Frances Costarella Congello. She was a self employed beautician .

Surviving is her brother, Dr Anthony M. Congello of Lancaster, two nieces, Karin Congello of Pequea, Gina DiSantis of Talmage, a nephew, Dr. Samuel James Congello of Mason, Iowa. She was preceded in death by a sister, Christine Congello and a brother Samuel Congello.

A graveside service will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Ranck Mill Road and Ranck  Road,  Lancaster, Pa. on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 2:00PM. Please omit flowers. Contributions may be made in Josephine's memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 119 S. Prince Street, Lancaster, Pa. 17602. Arrangements made by the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home.
