Joseph (Joey) C. Meszaros, 30, of 819 E. Orange Street, Lancaster, died Monday, February 6, 2006.

Born in Romania, he was the son of Janos and Irene Telegdy Meszaros of Lancaster.  He was married to Christina Zeek for three years in October.

Mr. Meszaros was an assistant manager of Metro Express in Lititz and Neffsville. He was an entrepreneur, and was beginning to invest in real estate. Joey practiced Kung Fu and Chi Gung for over 10 years. He was an avid bicyclist, and enjoyed reading Daniel Quinn novels. He was dedicated to animal rights and the environment. Joey had an honest desire to save the world and keeper of a new vision.

Surviving besides his wife and parents is a son, Asher; a brother, Janos Meszaros Jr.; and a sister, Bernadette Meszaros, both of Lancaster.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home 414 E. King Street, Lancaster,  on Saturday at 2:00 pm.
