Obituary

Joseph "Jack" J. Stockbauer, 64, of Ephrata, passed away at home of natural causes on Sunday, February 15, 2015. Known to all as Jack he was born in Lancaster and was the son of the late Joseph and Betty (Ritz) Stockbauer. Jack worked as a car salesman for many years and most recently had been employed by K T Graham, Inc., of Akron. Jack was of the Christian faith. An avid Minnesota Viking fan, he also enjoyed freshwater fishing, riding his Harley Davidson, and was a member of the Sportsmen's Club of Lititz and the Lititz American Legion. Jack is survived by 3 sons: Christopher L. Stockbauer, of Lancaster; Shaun M. Stockbauer, husband of Tracy, of Lancaster; and Michael J. Stockbauer, of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. He is also survived by his very close friend, Carol Welkowitz; 4 grandchildren: Malorie, McKenzie, Delaney, and Tyler; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial Services for Jack will be held at 7PM, Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jack's name to the American Heart Association, 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603.
