Joseph R. Faranda, 74, entered into rest on Monday, March 9, 2015 at Maple Farm Nursing Center. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Anthony and Jean (Costarella) Faranda. A graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Millersville University, he was a former long-time member of St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church. Joseph will be missed and lovingly remembered by his sisters, Idea Faranda, Stella Faranda-Diedrich, and Toni Jean Clements. He is also survived by three nephews, Anthony Faranda-Diedrich, Matthew Faranda-Diedrich and Michael Clements.

Memorial services and interment of Joseph will be private and at the convenience of the family.
