Jose A. Santiago, 76, of Lancaster passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Coamo, Puerto Rico he was the son of the late Juan Alejandro Santiago and Encarnacion DeJesus. Jose was married to his loving wife, Isabel (Rodriguez) Santiago. Jose was one to never say no to anyone or anything, loved home cooked meals, the holidays and especially spending time with the ones he loved the most, his family. In addition to his wife, Isabel, Jose is survived by a daughter, Elizabel Santiago and a son, Jose Luis Santiago, four grandchildren, of Lancaster, two sisters; Iris and Margarita Santiago and two brothers; Julio and Israel Santiago all of Puerto Rico. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday November 30, 2015 at San Juan Bautista Catholic Church, 425 S. Duke St., Lancaster, PA at 11AM. A viewing will be on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 5-7PM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, PA., and again from 10-11AM at the church. Interment will take place following the Mass on Monday at the Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
