José Ivan Felix, 23, of Lancaster, PA passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015. Born in Lancaster on February 25, 1992 he was a son of Osvaldo Felix and Jocelyn (Morales) Perez both of Lancaster, PA. Jose' loved playing basketball, fishing, working on cars, had a beautiful voice for singing and wrote many songs and music. He was smart, was a wonderful son, and father to his two sons, was loved by all and was very selfless doing for others before himself. In addition to his parents he is survived by his step-father Waldemar Perez and step-mother Celines Cedeno; fiancé Maria E. Santana and her parents Maria J. Santiago and Elias Caban; two sons Exiel K. Felix and Yeibdiel M. Sanchez; three sisters Sugeily Felix and Ashley and Annie Perez, three brothers Mitchell Felix, Rafael Lasanta and Erick Perez; three step-brothers Dennis, eric and Jayson Echevarria; maternal grandparents Arcadio Morales and Josefina Cosme; paternal grandparents Serafin Felix and Margarita Deleon; seven uncles Edgardo Felix, Carlos Felix, Jose E. Felix, Christian Morales, David Morales and Angel Morales; two aunts Glory Felix and Taytza Gonzalez. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 11AM from the Door of Refuge Church, 220 W. King St. Lancaster, PA 17602. A viewing will take place Wednesday evening from 6-8pm at the Church. Interment will be held in Mellinger's Mennonite Cemetery.
