John P. "Peachy" Willauer, 51, of Lancaster, passed away, Monday, October 13, 2008 at New Island Hospital in Bethpage, NY. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Robert and Janet (Carpenter) Willauer. He was the husband of Tina M. (Stanley) Willauer.

John was a shed builder for Kits, Kits, Kits. He enjoyed working and in his free time he liked to watch NASCAR, and his favorite driver Jeff Gordon.

Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are 2 sons; Chris Willauer husband of Sandra of Lancaster, and Tony Willauer companion of Sara McCulley of Lancaster, a daughter; Sherry Laird wife of Matthew of Lancaster, 8 grandchildren, 6 sisters, and a brother.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home to assist the family.

A Christian Prayer Service will be held Friday, October 17, 2008 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home 414 E. King St. Lancaster 17602 at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Allen Wolfe as celebrant. Friends and Family will be received before the service from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Millersville Mennonite Cemetery.
