John O. Rineer, Jr, 66, of Ephrata, died suddenly Thursday, April 24, 2014. Born in Williamsport, he is survived by a son, Mike Rineer and his wife Laurie of Mount Joy; two granddaughters: Allyson and Leah Rineer; and his companion, Betty Evans of Ephrata. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Bergstrasse Lutheran Church, Ephrata. All services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
